§ 1 - Subject

• The prepaid card contains the following number of teaching units: 5 units, 10 units
• The teaching unit is 30 or 45 minutes in one-to-one tuition. The prepaid card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

§ 2 - Exchange and return

There is no right to exchange or return with money. The prepaid card is transferable. However, this requires information from the school administration.

§ 3 - Lesson date

• It is only ever possible to book one appointment, taking into account a lead time of at least 4 working days. There is no entitlement to a regular fixed appointment.
• Appointments must be canceled at least one day in advance by telephone or email. If there is no cancellation or not within the specified period, the lesson will be counted as granted and billed.

§ 4 - Payment

Payment for the prepaid card is made in cash, SEPA core direct debit or on account (plus shipping fee) before the start of the first lesson.

§ 5 - Lessons-free times

The non-teaching times are based on the school holidays in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. In addition, there are no classes on public holidays or during the carnival week. Classes take place on 36 calendar weeks a year. The lesson-free times are published on the music school's website.

§ 6 - Liability and house rules

• Statutory liability applies. No liability is assumed for the loss of or damage to clothing, strollers, bicycles, valuables, money and instruments brought along.

• Toys, food and drinks are not allowed into the classrooms.
